Objectives: 

The Technical Committee “Economic Studies and Scenarios” has the main objective to share together a common vision of the future of the Power Systems in the Mediterranean area and to build mid- and long-term scenarios for electricity.
The committee is also involved in assessing the benefit of Med-TSO interconnection projects: Med-TSO implements a common methodology for assessing the cost and the benefits (CBA) of interconnection projects aiming to improve the electricity exchange capacities among the Mediterranean countries.
